About Me

Hi, I'm Cilla. I have always been interested in sports and exercise since being at junior school. After leaving school I took up running and I loved it! Over the years I have ran for two running clubs and competed in everything from cross country to half marathon road races.

Whilst with the clubs I realised the importance to cross train to improve my fitness and stamina which in turn improved my running greatly. As much as you love one sport it is so beneficial to you to have a varied exercise programme.

I am passionate about being a fitness instructor and from personal experience I have set myself goals and achieved them. I have to be honest, not all of them have been easy. I want to help you achieve your goals too. Together we will set realistic goals and with dedication, commitment and my support you can achieve your goals.
