If you want to get fit, tone up and/or lose a few pounds then this will be the class for you.

It is a 45 minute, lower intensity Insanity workout but with the option to build up the intensity as you become fitter.

Once your fitness levels have improved, why not move up to the regular Insanity class.

The Beginners class uses modified Insanity moves for a total body conditioning workout.

The Beginners Insanity class gives you all the benefits of a regular Insanity class. (Please refer to the Insanity section on the menu bar.)

Make the workout as challenging as you want it to be for you.

Please bring water, a towel and loads of energy.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels so please feel free to drop in on any session.
